An assemblage piece (three dimensional) made out of found and recycled materials from the South Brisbane area - hence the use of the postcode 4101 in the artwork's title. Inspired by aspects of the built environment in that area - buildings, boundaries and the spaces in between. Also influenced by thinking about the important roles of time, memory and weathering upon the materials used to make the work, and how they are perceived.
